What is a Gearhead Presale?

Our presales give us the opportunity to collect enough money to print an initial run of a product while lessening the risk to us. The more money we can make up front the longer we can keep this business going and printing great designs at cheap prices. It also gives you a chance to save the full price of shipping you will have to pay on the item once it is off of presale.

AS OF 4-1-12 (not an april fool's joke) Presales now only last one week. They start (almost) every Sunday and end the following Sunday. A limit is set and if that goal is hit before the end of that week then the presale ends. Otherwise it ends as scheduled.

Where this differs from our previous presales is that ALL ITEMS PLACE UP FOR PRESALE WILL BE PRODUCED! Before we used the presale as a gauge to see weather or not we would even print items if there was enough interest. Thanks to our loyal fans we've grown out of that phase and are ready to move upward.

So the presales really benefit you now. Get in early and save yourself shipping! If not we'll still have the same quality products available at the same decent prices after the presale is over.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

No. Paypal or credit/debit card through paypal only.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with the shirt you purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us and because of this we try very hard to provide accurate descriptions and images of the merchandise we sell.

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date as long as the merchandise is in its original, unaltered condition. To return an item it’s important you follow the instructions below.

Shipping costs are not refundable and expect that any shipping costs (discounts) paid by Gearhead Shirts will be deducted from your credit. We do not accept returns for any reason after 30 days. If an item is returned without prior authorization a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.

Please follow these simple steps:
- Contact us via email at customerservice@gearheadshop.com to request authorization. Be sure to provide your name, invoice number and the exact items which you want to return.
- Make sure the items are in their original condition, just as you received them.
- Package the return in safe, secure package, just as you received it originally. We will not credit you for an item if it arrives to us damaged. Your package must be mailed to us within 7 days of requesting authorization to return.
- Include in the package your name, email address and invoice number.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Payment can be made using most credit cards or Paypal. Your country may impose additional taxes or duties. These fees are not controlled or collected by Gearhead Shirts. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order so you know what to expect.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS on Mondays. We ship most domestic (USA) orders via USPS Standard Mail which takes 3-10 days*.

Orders to Canada ship First Class Mail or Priority Mail International and all other international orders are shipped via International First Class. International shipping time varies depending on the destination country's customs process. Our local post office states a shipping and delivery time frame of four to six weeks.

How do I make a change to an existing order?

Please email us at customerservice@gearheadshop.com right away with your request and we will be happy to make the change for you.

If your shirt has been packaged and shipped we can no longer makes changes to your order.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
